The fitness guru is now undertaking his biggest challenge yet – a 24 hour workout.

What is Joe Wicks’ 24 hour PE Challenge?

The challenge will see Joe Wicks attempt to work out all day and all of the night – in his efforts to fundraise for Children in Need.

He’ll be doing a range of activities, from cycling to yoga, boxing to rowing, and his signature HIIT (high-intensity) workouts.

Throughout the course of the 24 hours, he’ll be joined virtually by a host of celebrity guests.

BBC Radio 2 presenters will also be monitoring his progress live on-air.

How can I watch Joe Wicks’ 24 hour PE Challenge live?

Joe started the challenge at 9.25am TODAY (November 12, 2020) and continues until the same time TOMORROW (November 13, 2020).

What 24 hour challenges have been done in previous years?

There have been numerous 24-hour challenges throughout the years.

In 2018, Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman famously completed a gruelling danceathon.

The Strictly Come Dancing presenters raised more than £1M by dancing non-stop for 24 hours and five minutes.

They ended their marathon challenge with a weary performance of Destiny’s Child’s Survivor, before collapsing to the floor.

“I never want to dance again,” said Claudia afterwards. “I don’t like movement.”

Then in 2019 Rylan Clark completed The Great Ka-RY-oke Challenge saw him sing karaoke for 24 hours non-stop.

He also raised over £1M for Children in Need.

Rylan belted out 236 classic karaoke numbers over the course of the day.
