Melania Trump sends Valentine’s Day message with no mention of Donald amid divorce rumours | World | News
Mrs Trump sent “love and strength” on Sunday to the “brave and inspirational” children from The Children’s Inn at the National Institute of Health. Her message was accompanied by three pictures of the former First Lady visiting the kids from the non-profit organisation in America.
Melania’s message read: “On this #ValentinesDay, I think of the brave & inspirational children at @TheChildrensInn @NIH where I visited the past few years.
“Sending them love & strength, today & everyday. #HappyValentinesDay”
But despite their 16 years of marriage, Donald Trump was not mentioned at all in his wife’s Valentine’s Day message.
Melania can been seen doing arts and crafts with kids at The Children’s Inn in Bethesda, Maryland, when she was the First Lady.
This year, however, Mr and Ms Trump have been forced to settle into a different life since the couple left the White House last month.
On Friday, Melania announced the official opening of her post-White House office in Florida.
According to CNN, the former First Lady has hired three members from her White House team to help set-up the office.
One source told the publication that Melania “hopes to resurrect her Be Best campaign” which aimed to help American children combat online bullying.

Melania is also allegedly jealous of the attention First Lady Jill Biden is receiving since being sworn into the White House in January alongside President Joe Biden.
Sources claimed she is “lamenting the media focus on her successor”.
Leading up to Mr Trump’s departure from the White House, divorce rumours about the couple began to re-emerge.
Last year, a former aide of Mr Trump, Omarosa Manigault Newman, told the Daily Mail: “Melania is counting every minute until he is out of office and she can divorce.”
However, since leaving Washington for Florida Mr and Mrs Trump have not announced any such divorce.
But this has not stopped the speculation around the future of their relationship from growing.
A former White House official told CNN that Melania had been “bitter and chilly” towards Donald for some time.
The couple have a 14-year-old son together – Barron Trump.
Mr and Mrs Trump celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary just days after leaving the White House last month.
